Short illicium (rod). Oval esca (lure, bait) with filaments and an "eye spot". Additional Characteristics: On the tip of the second dorsal spine there are elongate filaments. Dorsal spot not very distinguished. 2nd and 3d spine connected by membrane, forming an aperture to protect esca. More Information: Antennarius pauciradiatus (Dwarfed Frogfish)
